Accreditation
The University of Illinois Chicago is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
The baccalaureate degree in nursing, master’s degree in nursing, and doctor of nursing practice degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Nursing are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.
The college's baccalaureate and graduate-entry programs are also approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. The Nurse-Midwifery program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education through January 2032.
The College of Nursing holds membership in the American Association of Colleges of Nursing.
