About
Paige (Pronouns she/her/hers) is a nurse with over 20 years of pediatric/neonatal intensive care beside nursing experience. Her research interests reflect her experiences as a nurse and a LGBTQ community health advocate. She is Co-principal investigator of an ongoing clinical study to validate the Neonatal Pain, Agitation, and Sedation Scale (N-PASS) with bedside nurse assessments in an urban level III NICU. In addition, Paige has maintained her ties to the Dupage Community Network of Professional Advocates for LGTBQ youth, where she is using targeted community actions to enhance LGBTQ cultural sensitivity in community healthcare settings within the Northwestern Cadence healthcare system.
