The College of Nursing has established goals and strategies to increase the diversity of the faculty, students, and staff in the College. Further, we provide goals and strategies to achieve equity and inclusion in clinical education to contribute to the diversification of the nursing workforce. The goals in our Strategic Plan are based on multiple sources of data, including the College of Nursing Diversity Strategic Thinking document and the University document, “Through the Lens of Diversity.”
