Building Healthier Relationships Using Nonviolent Communication

Target Audience:
Staff nurses, APRNs and other healthcare workers
Objectives:
- Explore key characteristics of unhealthy and healthy relationships;
- Explain the four components of psychologist Marshall B. Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication Process; and
- Apply the Nonviolent Communication Process to interprofessional relationships.
