‘40 under 40’ list recognizes three from UIC Nursing

Three UIC College of Nursing students and alumni were named to the Illinois Nurses Foundation’s “40 Under 40 Emerging Nurse Leaders Awards.”
They are:
- Aisha Badla, RN, a current DNP student, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital;
- Jinsun Baek, MS ’16, RN, current DNP student, Prairieview Elementary School; and
- Camille Brownlee, MS ’19, BSN ’10, Rush University Medical Center
The annual list highlights and celebrates young nurse leaders who are influential in shaping health care and the nursing profession.
Winners were celebrated on Sept. 22 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Lisle/Naperville.
