Thai New Year (Songkran) 2017 celebration
The College of Nursing held its annual Thai New Year (Songkran) Celebration on Monday, 17 April 2016 in the 3rd Floor Event Center (Chicago campus).
Nursing students, faculty and staff were treated to a Thai dance performance with accompanying classical Thai musicians, and participated in a traditional water ceremony. The event was sponsored by the Graduate Student Nursing Organization, UIC Nursing Thai Students/Scholars, and the Global Health Leadership Office.
