Download iCal FileThe Center for Sleep and Health Research is excited to welcome our distinguished speaker, professor Colin Espie, University of Oxford, for an exciting talk about "Circadian Rhythms Sleep Wake Disorders in Health Care Practitioners and Shift Workers During COVID-19: Therapy Options."
Dr. Espie is the professor of sleep medicine at the University of Oxford, where he is director of the Experimental & Clinical Sleep Medicine research program and clinical director of Oxford Online Program in Sleep Medicine. He is also an emeritus professor of clinical psychology at the University of Glasgow. He is internationally known for his work on insomnia and its treatment, using cognitive behavioral therapeutics (CBTx).
