Assuring optimal nurse staffing is a significant concern for patient safety and clinical outcomes. The purpose of this event is to learn more about evidence for different approaches to nurse staffing (e.g. acuity-based staffing, mandated ratios) and to be able to apply that evidence in nursing practice.
