Target Audience:
Staff Nurses, APRNs and other healthcare professionals
Objectives:
- Describe circadian aspect of sleep;
- Define nature of sleep, sleep need and sleep health;
- Describe the impact of sleep on health and functioning; and
- Discuss sleep hygiene practices and other sleep-related tips.
