Battling Burnout and Enhancing Clinician Well-being: Evidence-based Strategies that Work!

Objectives:
- Describe the current state of burnout, health and well-being among the health professions, and the National Academy of Medicine's Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-being & Resilience;
- Discuss the importance of self-care and healthy lifestyles for faculty and students, including key self-care strategies; and
- Identify evidence-based strategies in building and sustaining cultures if well-being.
