Graduate programs among top 20 in 2024 U.S. News rankings

The UIC College of Nursing’s doctor of nursing practice program ranked 14th and the master’s degree program ranked 19th in the U.S. News & World Report 2024 Best Graduate Schools rankings.
The rankings, released April 9, evaluated programs in various disciplines such as business, education, law and nursing.
College of Nursing DNP specialties that were ranked include Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care, which was tied for sixth, and Nurse-Midwifery, 16th.
Not all programs are ranked yearly, although the U.S. News Best Graduate Schools publication and website present the most recent rankings for every program.
