About
Dr. Bergren has a Doctorate in Nursing Science, is nationally certified in school nursing and public health nursing. Dr. Bergren is the Executive Editor for the Journal of School Nursing. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing, National Association of School Nurses and the American School Health Association. Her areas of expertise include leadership, population health, school nurse sensitive outcome indicators, and informatics. Her scholarship focuses on the collection and dissemination of data that supports child health in the school setting.
