Understanding Multiple Myeloma: The Basics

Develop a better understanding of hematologic malignancies, specifically, the signs and symptoms, diagnosis, management, and outcomes of multiple myeloma.

  • Differentiate between hematologic and solid tumor malignancies.
  • Discuss the general pathophysiology of multiple myeloma.
  • Define risk factors for multiple myeloma.
  • Describe the most common clinical manifestations of multiple myeloma.
